- What you need to apply:
- 3+ years operating high availability & high performance shared Active Directory system or
System Center Configuration Manager or Citrix for a global manufacturing environment;
- Experience in management of external partners;
- Relevant Degree or Equivalent Experience;
- ITIL Certified
- Certifications in Microsoft solutions, Citrix, Sophos Endpoint Security or other relevant
applications;
- Experience with MS PowerShell Scripting;
- Experience working in a virtual, multicultural, global environment;
- Knowledge of the cloud solutions: AWS, Azure, among others;

responsabilidades
We are looking for a Technical Applications Engineer to control global infrastructure applicationsrequired to provide users, the access to Enterprise Business Services.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring technical solutions
2. Configure and manage MS applications such as Microsoft 365 and MS Azure;
3. Working together with external vendors and support implementations;
4. Ensure adherence to SLA specifications and metrics.
