As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client and corporate goals, and for coaching and motivating advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job.

What we expect from a Team Manager (TM)
•With strong client management skills and understanding of business drivers;
•Ensure that advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance in line with company mission and values;
•Continually review and monitor work performance of all advisors, instigating appropriate corrective action, using performance management tools, to manage any shortfall;
•Undertake formal monthly/ quarterly performance reviews;
•Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics;
•Accurate and timely communication of any client issues to Operations Manager;
•Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork, where advisors are committed, loyal and takes pride in working for the company;
•Ensure actions from Employees Satisfaction survey are implemented and continuously reviewed;
•Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities.

What you need to have
•Strong Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
•Sales experience;
•Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills;
•Good organization/time management skills and problem-solving skills,
•Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds;
•Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task;
•Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures;
•Ability to provide feedback in a positive and supportive manner;
•Ability to assess agents’ professional, linguistic, technical and diagnostic skills, identify strengths/weaknesses and recommend solutions;
•Able to effectively use Microsoft applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.);
•Previous relevant experience as team manager.

Education and experience
•Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience;
•Previous relevant experience as Team Manager.
