competências
- 5 years leading teams as a customer service manager, Team Leader or as specialist internal sales
- Experience in contact center (mandatory)
- Previous working experience in e-commerce, digital or telecom companies
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and people management experience
- Self-motivated and able to work to targets in a busy environment; prioritising busy workload and managing time
- English proficiency
- Proficient in all aspects of the MS Office applications
responsabilidades
- Manage, set sales targets and motivate the internal customer care team
- Define procedures and policies for the interaction with customers
- Establish processes with the other departments
- Research and implement new tools to increase the department productivity
- Define requirements for continuous improvement with the internal IT team
- Handle some of the most complicated cases with customers
