Randstad Professionals is hiring a professional to support our Client's growth in Portugal.This role is ideally suited to an experienced programme manager, who has experience working with universities, schools and external trainers locally. Based in Porto, this professional will develop effective talent attraction strategies with focus on emerging talent and oversee the continuous development of the company's early careers programmes, working in collaboration with the Operations and Learning & Development teams.
responsabilidades chave
Review, design and deliver the end-to-end assessment and selection process;Design material to raise the profile of the programmes across both internal and external channels;
Attend campus & networking events and be the ambassador for all activities as well as host networking/attraction events;
Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver a proactive, inclusive and efficient marketing and attraction campaign for our client´s early career programmes in Porto;
Lead/support on the onboarding process for new joiners;
Manage and engage with employees to keep engagement & motivation throughout the programme by supporting their ongoing training & development needs;
Provide regular reports to review the data with key stakeholders.
competências
3/4 years experience in a similar role: executing a structured talent development programme in close collaboration with universities and other stakeholders;Experience building early career programmes;
Strong commercial awareness and a strong desire to enhance performance across the business with a proven ability to deliver pragmatic solutions that work for the business;
Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to manage different tasks and plan ahead;
Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with partners at all levels within the business, cultivating trust and confidence;
Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually, and high standard of written documentation;
Confident with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
