To be part of our E-Commerce team, in Matosinhos, we are looking for:

 

Business Intelligence Manager

(M/F)

 

Reports to: Head of E-commerce

 

Job description: primary responsibility for strategic planning, reporting, insights, analytics and data exploration. BI Manager will lead his/her teams, delivering information and insights, analytics platforms and solutions to key stakeholders, including internal staff and partners. This position will be ultimately responsible for driving business and its transformation.

 

Job requirements:

Degree in mathematics, computer science, management, economics or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.

 

Technical skills:

Extensive expertise in data manipulation, advanced modelling techniques, and very strong statistical skills.

Experience in and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes (governance, measurement, etc.).

A solid understanding of key BI trends.

 

General business skills:

Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives.

Excellent presentation skills (Portuguese and English).

Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results.

Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and initiatives, in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.

Proven ability to build and motivate a team working effectively across functional areas.
