competências

  • What you need to apply:
  • - 2/3+ years of experience in a Software Asset Management role;
  • - Experience in SNOW will be additional attitude;
  • - Experience in management of external partners;
  • - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience;
  • - Responsible for reporting/analysing software installations versus software licenses;
  • - Responsible for reporting/analysis that assists with the management of maintenance, support, and license renewals in advance of their expiration;
  • - Interprets performance metrics, performs root cause analysis, assesses consequences, identifies solutions to issues/problems, and resolves deviations;
  • - Certified Software Asset Manager;
  • - Experience with different CMDBs;
  • - Understanding of licensing model: Oracle, Microsoft, VMware; SAP, cloud solutions

responsabilidades

  • We are looking for a Software Asset Specialist that will manage company assets, take care of all Software requests and asset assignments. This person is also responsible for software auditing and data preparation working closely with IT Managers to confirm that all sites are using only approved software.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing;
  • 2. Maintain and manage software service offerings;
  • 3. Collect information for budgeting, software compliance; inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons;
  • 4. Support in defining global software standards;
  • 5. Perform internal software audits;
