Excellent opportunity to be a part of the recruitment process outsourcing team of Multipessoal, in an amazing recruitment process for more than 100 new co-workers! This will be for a multinational client in one of the most exciting sectors of the moment!

O que terás de fazer

- Study the full chronogram of recruitment and guarantee the delivery for weekly, monthly, and full project cycle;

- Manage the communication between all the stakeholders (Multipessoal, client, hiring managers, candidates…);

- To be owner of all the recruitment process.

O que precisas de garantir

- More than 5 years of experience in recruitment, top and middle level;

- Experience as international recruiter or recruiter for shared services companies, will be positively considerer;

- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and ATS software’s will be considered a plus;

- Excellent communication skills for direct contact with candidates and hiring managers of the client;

- Fluent in English;

- Expert in office 365 tools;

- Motivation and availability for working in a 12-month projectWe offer a salary (between 24,5K to 31,5K per year) and a daily food allowance of 8€. Health insurance and opportunity to work in a hybrid model (2 days in client and 3 days at home).
