competências

  • - Degree in accounting or similar field;
    - Previous experience as a Sales Order Management or similar accounting role;
    - Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures;
    - Have good communication skills;
    - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
    - Excellent organising abilities;
    - Experience in leading teams;
    -Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP Systems)
    - Fluent in english (essencial);

responsabilidades

Sales Order Management Team Lead(m/f)
This role will supervise a team of Sales Order Management Assistants who will be responsible for performing sales administrative activities (e.g. sales order processing) and internal reporting activities.

Responsabilities:
•Supervise the sales order processing activities that involves manual intervention;
- Supervise price reconciliations;
- Dispute resolution relating to electronically processed sales orders;
- Supervise the preparation of information for submission into customer portals;
- Ensure customer master data updates are processed accurately;
