competências

  • - Previous experience as a Sales Order Management Assistant or similar accounting role;
    - Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
    - Have good communication skills
    - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
    - Excellent organising abilities;
    -Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP Systems)
    - Fluent in english and french;

responsabilidades

The sales order management assistant will be responsible for performing sales administrative activities (e.g. sales order processing) and internal reporting activities.

Responsabilities:
Sales order processing that involves manual intervention

Price reconciliations

Dispute / query resolution relating to electronically processed sales orders

Preparation of information for submission into customer portals
