Our client is a prestigious international Real Estate investment and development group. The group's main activity and speciality is the development and management of residential real estate projects, and it is already one of the most significant real estate groups in the northern area. Due to the rapid and solid growth, the group is looking to recruit a Sales Manager.

Descrição

This professional will be responsible for:Recruiting, training, guiding and motivating the sales team;
Negotiating commercial proposals;
Managing the clients and working to attract new clients and business;
Develop the national market with a view to establishing new businesses and partnerships.

Perfil desejado

We are looking for professionals with the following characteristics:10 years of experience in team management and Real Estate;
Proven experience in Real Estate, namely residential properties;
Experience in launching and marketing new residential projects;
Experience in understanding and reading construction plans (preferential factor);
Knowledge of the Portuguese market in the area of Real Estate;
High negotiation management skills and understanding of numbers;
Good strategic and analytic skills;
Office software control with an emphasis on Excel;
Ability to work in a team, initiate and lead employees;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (exclusion factor);
Drives license;
