We are currently hiring an R&D Chemical Engineer for a company with a large activity scope in flexible packaging area.

O que terás de fazer

- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers;

- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support;

- Visiting customers all over Europe supporting the members of the Sales Team and participating in Packaging sector European Trade Shows, Congresses, Conferences, and other events;

- Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs;

- Engaging with R&D departments of existing and potential customers to support existing businesses and developing new projects;

- Providing support in case of Quality claims recommending improved or upgraded materials and processes;

- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to the upper management;

- Training other members of the organization on the technical aspects of the company's products and businesses.

O que precisas de garantir

- Degree in Chemical Engineering or proven experience in applied packaging engineering;

- English language full professional use;

- Other European languages will be highly valued;

- Availability to travel all over Europe.
