competências

  • - University degree in IT or similar area;
  • - A project management Certification (PMI, CAP, Agile, Scrum, etc.) will be valued;
  • - 3/5+ experience of project management at a senior level directly managing technical teams;
  • - Experience of software development lifecycle & business change projects;
  • - Planning, execution & delivery of high complex projects, focus on organization that works as a Software Factory and managing/leading the team assigned to those projects;
  • - Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, technical environment, adhering to best practice Project Management methodologies and techniques;
  • - Plan and coordinate national and international projects and services, ensuring the financial and operational control of projects;
  • - Considerable experience with Project Management Software Tools;
  • - Experience in the financial sector / banking will be highly valued;
  • - Able to present & discuss a commercial proposal;
  • - Capable of constructively challenging the status quo, a way of working or a requirement in order to improve overall value;
  • - Availability to manage projects in a broad range of time zone;
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • - Excellent English skills spoken and written;
  • - Availability to travel outside the country;
  • - Ability to work well under pressure and to take the initiative;
  • - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • - Sense of responsibility, Pro-activity and Dynamism.

responsabilidades

  • This professional will be primarily responsible for:
  • - Manage projects according to defined methodology, scope and process (plan, control, assess, report, close);
  • - Define the project team organization;
  • - Identify and monitor risk factors in the Project and manage project risks;
  • - Coordinate the project team communication with the customer (report status and updates);
  • - Coach and develop team members.
