O que terás de fazer

Handle requests for information, quotations, and proposals to help the bidding processes;

Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives;

Work with the Operations Managers overseas to guarantee the best subcontractor services for all portfolios to improve and optimize the external service costs;

Analyse, understand and anticipate project needs;

Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects;

Evaluate current and potential suppliers in coordination with QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) Department;

Worldwide support for all O&M Sales and O&M Managers and new prospection countries;

Building relationships with suppliers/subcontractors and company’s solar organization;

Collaborate with stakeholders to align and drive negotiation of contracts;

RFQ (Request for Quotation) for new subcontractors.

O que precisas de garantir

Bachelor or License Degree in fields of Supply Chain, Engineering or Management;

At least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and logistics(preferably in construction companies);

Demonstrable experience with project procurement;

Understanding of equipment/ layout drawings would be desirable;

Excellent MS Office domain;

English fluency is mandatory (French would be a plus).

Used to work with international, multi-cultural teams, in multiple times zones;

Ability to prosper in an environment of fast growth and change.
