We are recruiting a P&C Generalist to join our People & Culture team in Oporto, Lisbon or Fundão.
Tasks:
Recruitment and employer brand’s promotion on hiring events and job fairs;
Establish and follow up on partnerships with universities;
Managing the employee experience and its full lifecycle in the company;
Managing the training process;
Administrative HR processes execution;
Plan and implement motivating team buildings and contribute to a happy place to work;
Being a part of our social responsibility actions;
Being a promoter of the employee relations, as well as employee development and reward;
Source and define new compensation and benefits options, in order to improve the employee’s work-life balance.
Requirements:
People and IT area passion;
Degree/Master in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Social Sciences or similar;
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources;
Transparency and confidentiality on the relationships;
Proficient skill-set in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication skills;
English language (spoken and written);
Keen on learning and developing new skills, having a growth mindset.
