As O2C Process Lead, you will provide the strategic vision in identifying process improvements working with internal functions and external consultants to support the performance of the O2C activities within the shared service centres.You will have a finance background, preferably be a qualified accountant, with experience of working in an order-to-cash domain and especially in the areas of Credit Management and Receive and Apply.

Funções
- Driving Business process workshops and ensuring contribution from all SMEs involved- Resolving conflicting views that may impact process harmonisation
- Clearly defining and setting out Golden Rules for all relevant master data
- Producing Business Process Documentation and ensuring sign-off
- Ensuring consistency of cross domain topics and that impact other BPO domains are reviewed (Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay and EPM)
- Working with Record-to-Report to ensure correct accounting in line with accounting standards
- Contribute to Continuous improvement activities for O2C area.
Requisitos
- Fluent in English+ French (valued)- Finance background with 5 to 7 years minimum experience in Finance and Order-to-cash activities
- Strong accounting skills (COA, Journal entry, Reconciliation accounts) & knowledge of accounting standards
- SAP knowledge is a must (FI & SD modules)
- An experience of transformation or change management will be a plus
- Able to build strong external & internal relationships, creating trust and professionalism on the project
- Able to travel occasionally, for short duration
- Rigorous & organised
- Leadership skills
- Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing environment
- Able to interact in an multi-cultural environment
