We are currently hiring a O&M Sales Manager for a multinational company linked to the Energy Sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Develop relationships with Private Equity Companies, Utilities, IPPs, and all stakeholders owning and developing Solar Assets;
- Define and implementing O&M Country sales strategy and monitoring its effectiveness, as well as Customer Profile Action Plans and Deal strategy to be implemented;
- Work with the Global O&M Sales Manager to prepare budget and set goals aligned with O&M objectives;
- Maintain close relationships with customers to understand the needs of the current marketplace and work with O&M Operations team to develop solutions;
- Lead Sales O&M negotiations for 3rd parties and coordinating Sales O&M offers in accordance with O&M strategy and targets;
- Sett guidelines for risk management and mitigation plan;
- Analyze the current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information;
- Implement and fostering a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales;
- Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking processes;
- Ensure that all O&M sales data are inserted in the company’s database solution;
- Ensure the submission of technically and commercially competitive bids, to achieve targeted order booking with Net margin as per the agreed business plan for O&M.
O que precisas de garantir
- Engineering / Management degree;
- MBA or Management education is a plus;
- Experience in management, negotiation and closing service contracts with senior executives;
- More than 5 years of experience of management in Services business, specifically related to Solar Industry and Electrical Systems;
- Must have a strong understanding of the solar industry in Portugal;
- Customer interfacing experience;
- Proven network of key industry contacts and expert knowledge of the major asset owners and investment funds within Portugal;
- Knowledge of main manufacturers in PV industry;
- English proficiency;
- Availability to travel in Portugal.
