Randstad Professional is hiring a professional with experience in the accounting area, for a reputable client, based in Porto.responsabilidades chave
- Handle current accounting records, invoicing, financial statements - balance sheet and profit and loss statements - as well as other financial reports
- Monitor accounts receivables, focusing on overdue accounts receivables collection
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting procedures
- Manage expenses reimbursement process
- Study existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions to improve results
- Being actively involved in Human Resources process
- Work in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in various daily operations
competências
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or a related field.
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and national and international regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
