IT System Specialist - Porto

Our client is an electricity producer and is looking for an IT System Specialist directly for the IT Department.

O que terás de fazer

- Manage our processes, documentation & knowledge for IT, in relation with the Quality Management System;

- Develop audit & internal control methodology for IT to ensure that our processes are well-applied within IT;

- Manage our IT solutions (governance, documentation, trainings) to ensure a good level of performance (SD+, Teamviewer, …); 

- Define an IT communication strategy and animate it through our internal digital solutions. 

O que precisas de garantir

- At least License in Computer Science or equivalent; 

- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT area or equivalent; 

- Knowledge in ITIL / ISO 9001; 

- Project management experience; 

- English proficiency.
