As part of the Insurance ICT team, you will be in charge of supporting the existing ICT systems to provide best-in-class level of service, and you will lead multiple types of business-oriented projects: developing insurance products, developing digital solutions for our customers, ensuring compliance with regulations,…As Global Application Application Pilot, you will:Provide functional and technical expertise on the applications of the insurance domainProvide support on user requests, incidents and anomalies as part of post-delivery or day-to-day support on the systemsMonitor market best practices and solutions in order to provide best-in-class solutions and levels of serviceManage the portfolio of requests, in relationship with the business departments, the IT teams, and external suppliersIdentify and manage IT risks of the perimeterAs Insurance IT Project Manager, you will also lead or support IT projects on the Insurance domain:Collect and prioritize business requirements, and be involved in project scoping and preliminary studiesParticipate in the definition of the solutions, ensuring the consistency between various projects and compliance with architecture and security guidelinesLead IT projects, and reach expected business objectives: time-to-market, cost-effectiveness, and expected quality levelsReview IT deliverables and provide assistance for solutions testingMonitor project KPIs and act in order to manage project risks

Perfil desejado

Knowledge of bank and insurance activities and processes is a plus, but not mandatory.Solid experience in IT systems support and IT project management, with a functional and technical background.Knowledge of SQL and Business Objects or other BI tools.Experience working with software suppliers.Previous experience on market ERPs such as Insurance solutions (Guidewire, Clearsight, …) or Financing solutions (EKIP, Miles, …) is a strong plus.Autonomy to manage topics from end to end.Curiosity, good analytical skills and a self-learning mindset to investigate in autonomy existing IT solutions functionalities through documentation review and experimentation.Good interpersonal skills and solid learning capabilities to gain knowledge from Subject Matter Experts.Communication skills; ability to address and coordinate all stakeholders, from IT technical experts to Business Management.Rigor and organization to manage multiple topics in parallel.Result-driven, eagerness to deliver and exceed expectations.
