Randstad Professionals is hiring a professional with consolidated experience in the incentives area, for a reputable client based in Portugal.responsabilidades chave
- Help build the Incentives team by preparing the business development strategy, sourcing new clients and hiring a team
- Develop and manage applications to a variety of European and Portuguese funds
- Be aware of such new relevant incentives and funds
- Proactively manage client engagements and projects
- Evaluate and improve a project’s technical and economic feasibility
competências
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Management or Engineering (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in project management or as an independent consultant in related fields
- Native in Portuguese and Fluency in English at a proficient level.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
- Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset
- Powerful argumentation skills
- Exceptional writing and communication
- Work and think clearly under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
