We are recruiting a HR Manager for a leading multinational company in industry sector.

O que terás de fazer

- Be the first line of support to employees and line managers, providing guidance and advice in line with company values;

- Manage the on-boarding process of new employees and work with line managers on talent acquisition activities;

- Manage employee absences, providing guidance and support to line managers;

- Manage employee relations activities including disciplinary, grievance and capability issues;

- Manage the compensation and benefits activities;

- Monitor and review the HR company policies, focusing on continuous improvement;

- Identify and recommend improvements to the company's HR practices and processes.

O que precisas de garantir

- Higher Education in Human Resources, Psychology or related field (mandatory);

- At least 5 years of working experience as HR Manager, or related HR Executive position;

- Previous experience within industrial, manufacturing or production environment (mandatory);

- Experience with HR metrics and systems;

- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;

- Fluency in English (mandatory);

- Fluency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.
