Randstad Professional is hiring a professional with consolidated experience in the accounting area, for a reputable client, based in Porto.

responsabilidades chave

  • prepare journal and load into oracle
  • checking for completeness of the posting
  • analyse the accounts movements and propose period end adjustment entries
  • reconciliation of accounts on monthly basis
  • upload accounting figures into hfm consolidation tool
  • owner to open and close the period in oracle
  • generate standard set of report, e.g. financial statement
  • generate additional requested reports
  • prepare reports for management
  • support the country local finance with audit reports required
  • support tax filing for the country assigned
  • support the other team members with financial transitions into centre
  • assist in ad hoc reports and projects as required by head of regional finance ssc or european project
  • managers

competências

  • academic accounting degree (or similar) or professional qualification
  • 2-5 years of working experience in accounting/finance area.
  • the experience should be in multinational, ideally working for different countries in shared services
  • environment.
  • participation in transition of finance activities into a shared services environment will be an advantage
  • certified accountant (registered in otoc) will be an advantage
  • experience in oracle finance system will be an advantage
