We are looking for an Administrative Assistant fluent in French and English for a client in Matosinhos. Are you interested? Apply now! The purpose of the role is to: Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment; Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly; Contacting customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance; Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment. You need to be: Fluent in French (at least a B2 level) and good knowledge of English (B2); Team player with can-do attitude; Customer focused with excellent communication skills; Good computer skills including Microsoft Office; Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
