responsabilidades chave
Providing 1st and 2nd line support for PDSM voice incidents (automated alerts, self-service, phone, email, chat);Troubleshooting, closing and triage to Field IT if necessary;
Provision voicemails and new endpoints on CUCM according to dial plan;
Conduct basic changes on endpoints.
competências
CISCO CCNA certification;Fluent English both written and verbal:
Team player with a can-do attitude;
Ability to work in 24/7 regime.
