responsabilidades chave
- What would your occupation be?
- E-commerce customer support in english/spanish via chat;
- Provide information about e-commerce products and services in english/spanish;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity with the company.
competências
- Certificate of high school or equivalent degree (mandatory);
- Fluency in english and spanish (mandatory);
- 1/2 years of experience in customer service (preferred);
- Disponibility to work full-time with rotating schedules;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- In a homeworking regime you will need an internet connection with fiber optic service, network cable, printer and a closed, quiet and noise-free space.
