responsabilidades chave
- We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the english/portuguese market.
- You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience, helping them with reservations, touristic attractions, hotels and anything else related to tourism.
- You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your empathy and great communication skills will be the difference to carve a great relationship with our clients.
competências
- English native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Portuguese fluent speaker (mandatory);
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Passion for working with tourism;
- Excellent customer care skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners;
- Broadband fiber optic internet connection (mandatory).
- Calm and noise-free environment for homeworking.
