- The main requirements are the following:
- Familiarity with the technologies & platforms we use AWS, Openstack, ansible, Chef, Ci/CD tooling etc.

responsabilidades
This role includes the following tasks:-> Leadership & People:
- Lead, inspire, motivate and line manage a multi-disciplinary software development team;
- Coach, hold 1 to 1s, set and review objectives, appraise performance, and assist with career development, ensuring effective performance management;
- Lead a ‘delivery with high quality’ culture that is results oriented and takes accountability;
- Responsible for achieving and sustaining people’s engagement;
- Meet ambitious timelines while balancing business risks and trade-offs;
- Drive the team to continuously improve processes in always changing environment;
- Maximize employee retention through motivation and strong management.
-> Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with local development teams to understand their Deployment requirements
- Prioritze local requests, setting realistic delivery expectations.
- Proactively communicate the status of product features
- Understand and help troubleshoot development community issues.
- Working within a team:
- Build a culture of innovation, delivery and continuous improvement within your local team
- Work closely with your fellow Cloud Automation Delivery - - Managers in UK, Ireland and Romania, to ensure alignment.
- Liase regularly with your Product owner to assist with prioritization, requirements, and delivery of Features.
- Share information and successes with your peers and customers within the development community.
- Provide accurate information at appropriate times to Senior Management to help drive their decision making.
