Prestigious High Education Institute is looking to strengthen its team with an Admissions Advisor, responsable for the promotion and interaction with potencial students by phone, email and WhatsApp, through a culture of excellence in advising the best solution and development of the brand as the first choice of students and employers.Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound calls;
• Enrol new students, ensuring the admissions administrative process.
• Register and manage data in CRM;
• Attending to prospective students;
• Support in internal, external and online events;
Requirements:
• Minimum 12th Grade Diploma;
• Fluency in English (eliminating factor);
• Experience in client facing activities;
• Communication skills (Call Center experience valued);
• Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
• Methodic and objective-oriented.
