Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior positions.In a close partnership with BPI we're looking for a UX/UI Analyst, to integrate their Digital Banking teams.
responsabilidades chave
You will:Collaborate with the UX team for the design and optimization of Banking channels across all segments;
Participate in innovative digital transformation projects;
Work with omnichannels transformation teams, using agile and design thinking methodologies and low code agile development platforms.
competências
University Degree (preferable);At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI Design and optimization;
Technical and methodological knowledge with UI/UX tools, with an understanding of lean UX practices and service design;
Experience as an active contributor to the overall cycle of UX design, from research to implementation and optimization (considered a plus);
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including business, communication and IT;
Experience working in financial services (considered a plus);
Fluent in Portuguese and with a good level of English.
