Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave
Utilities Controlling - 50%? The jobholder will ensure the controlling and planning for the Utilities at Group level.
? He/she will be the Finance representative in the Multifunctional Team dedicated to Energy.
? He/she will be in charge of the Utilities Financial modeling.
? He/she will ensure the alignment with Finance managers and Divisions.
Sustainability projects – 35%
? In this role, the jobholder. will ensure the follow up of the main projects related to Sustainability in Facility Management (CapEx and Opex)
Chargeback – 15%
? In the frame of the budget exercise, the jobholder will manage the financial modeling of the internal recharging of the Facility management & Real Estate and Security costs to users. He/she will act in coordination with the space managers and the Finance managers of the departments.
He/she will drumbeat the chargeback process in the frame of the budget exercise, ensuring alignment within Finance on principles and delivery dates, being the focal point for the Airbus commercial scope.

Experience in Controlling (in the real estate perimeter would be a plus)Highly experienced in Business Controlling
Strong Business modeling capabilities
Curious, strong analytical skills, ability to question and challenge
Deliverable driven, able to work with short deadlines and under pressure
Ability to switch from big picture to detailed view
Ability to drumbeat & interact with stakeholders in various organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of company challenges and processes
Accounting background is expected
Language: English mandatory
