competências

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and taxes;
  • Good understanding of T&E related regulations;
  • Tax knowledge of the respective country (VAT, benefit in kinds in all countries);
  • Good awareness of any potential compliance risks;
  • Able to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality;
  • Able to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality;
  • Accounting knowledge;
  • Understanding of HR tools, interfaces and processes;
  • Travel Management (Travel booking tool, Travel Agency, suppliers in the process, etc.);
  • Unions (information, documents for unions, presentation to local unions);
  • 3 years experience in managing customers or suppliers;
  • Good customer service skills and communication skills;
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in determining solutions;
  • Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and in case of escalations with endusers, peers and management;
  • Customer focused;
  • Project Management;
  • Autonomous, proactive to take initiatives and escalations;
  • Ability to promote and influence;
  • Strong knowledge of computer operation, Standard office software (SAP, T &E software, GOOGLE Suite, Pack Office), Reporting tool;
  • English - good Level. Capacity to interact with stakeholders, end-user.

responsabilidades

  • Make recommendations and support implementation on Travel & Expense policies and procedures;
  • Escalates gaps in quality to audit provider and buyer for next actions;
  • Support and ensure staff compliance with Travel and expense policies and procedures through adjusting systems in alignment with the other countries and does communication to travel community;
  • Support operations by analyzing and resolving escalated back office issues related to travel and expense applications;
  • Participate in strategic planning for both immediate and future back office application needs;
  • Create, review, and update department standard operating procedures;
  • Review, prioritize, analyze, document and effectively resolve complicated, confidential and/or highly sensitive travel and expense issues;
  • Support and prepares alignment meetings with HR SPIR and works council representative (explaining process or/and changes and react on single user complaints through unions or general complaints;
  • Informing HR SPIR about suspicious cases which may result in disciplinary actions;
  • Supports arbitrations with HR SPIR and manager;
  • Reporting frequent KPI's to customer and stakeholders to display volumes but also travel behavior, attends Customer boards and proposes mitigation actions and train Customer and other stakeholders on the reporting tool if needed;
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and explains rules;
  • Drumbeat and challenge T&E suppliers by monitoring them through performance indicators;
  • Analyses reports and reports escalation to management if necessary;
  • Ensure the respect of the SLA and of their missions but also bring them support to improve, to gain autonomy keeping in mind our customers' satisfaction;
  • Train subcontractors compliance topics in line with country specific tax laws;
  • Simplify and harmonize Business rules with supplier and other countries on transnational basis.
