Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave
- You will be part of a team of Transition Experts supporting transfer of processes from functions to GBS, from Preparation to Stabilization:
- Validate the Knowledge Transfer Plan with relevant stakeholders;
- Review risk register, ensure contingency planning is appropriate based on the risks identified;
- Support in the ramp up, hiring and team onboarding;
- Monitor transition during Knowledge Transfer, Reverse Shadowing and Stabilization;
- Ensure recurring reports to Management Team and different stakeholders.
- Transition expert will contribute to improve GBS transition methodology, and ensure effective use of established transition tools and processes.
- It is expected that the Transition Expert knows the processes transitioned in detail allowing him/her to support in identification and implementation of continuous / process improvement opportunities.

- Result oriented and strong analytical skills;
- Strong Project Management skills;
- Strong capabilities in Business Process Management / reengineering / Lean (e.g. agile methods such as Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or another of equal value);
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills (including issue management);
- English mandatory (fluency in other languages will be a plus);
- Good functional knowledge in one of the following areas: Finance, Procurement, HR;
- Previous experience in transition execution in a GBS environment;
- Proven track record in process improvements and automation (e.g. RPA, process analytics);
- Preference for experience in a consulting firm.
