Reporting to the Channel Director, will be responsible for:Lead the strategy for Portfolio Development of the Out of Home Channel, segmentation and priority trade channels and key drivers to influence customers and consumers;Engage the Sales team with the strategy for growing the category, maximizing product portfolio and market share;Contribute to the Out of Home Channel strategy and results by defining and ensuring the implementation of the Trade Marketing strategy focused on Customer, Sell Out and brands and portfolio;Lead the team, setting up the best organization and governance and driving company people management processes, in close collaboration with HR, in order to recruit, maintain and develop successors and leaders for the future, whilst ensuring sustainable delivery in a highly inclusive environment, through agile ways of working, aligned with company values, purpose and culture;Engage with key stakeholders of the Out of Home Channel and Marketing (Sales Directors; and Marketing Managers) in order to ensure the buy-in of the Trade Marketing plan;Engage with the Management team to align vision and strategy for forthcoming years with regards to brand' strategy and Out of Home Channel context to inform the definition of the Trade Marketing strategy;Understand channel growth drivers and consumer behaviours in order to inform Out of Home Channel Strategy;Understand the opportunities for the category and growth drivers.
