Kelly Services is recruiting a Tourism Support Adviser fluent in German & English (m/f) for an enterprise situated in Lisbon.
As a Tourism Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing the best possible customer service to guests, Hotels, Hostels and B&B's by answering customer's queries and by an accurate follow-up related to their using the online platform to reserve accommodations or by an accurate follow up (by phone or via email). This means that you should be able to create and ensure a fruitful relationship with customers.
Profile:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken - mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Strong customer orientation;
Schedules: Monday to Sunday between 07am and 10pm (8h/d), with two rotative days off per week.
