We are recruiting a Support Engineer for a technological multinational.
O que terás de fazer
- Technical & Product support;
-Product Quality;
- Product Testing;
-Development and implementation of new Service programs and projects;
- Regular Training & Workshops with Service Centers & Contact Center;
- Analyse and verify mandatory tools to service centers;
- KPI Analysis and create action plans;
- Technical improvement plans follow up;
- Detect and propose continuous improvement opportunities;
- Establish operational processes based in local/HQ guidelines and requirements;
- Authorize Service Center audit coordination;
- Benchmarking & Reporting;
- VOC Analysis;
- Win/Win projects;
- Analyse repair quantity vs sales quantity and report;
- Field tests - software and hardware;
- Warehouse inspections & Reworks Management;
- Engineer and Agent certification;
- IoT PIC.

- Management and administrative skills;
- Good Written and Verbal Communication, PT, EN;
- IT tools usage experience;
- Good relationship;
- Training capabilities;
- Organized and capable to handle multiple tasks and projects;
- Results oriented;
- Process improvement and innovation mindset;
