In order to help them grow their Center of Excellence (COE) near Lisbon (Lagoaspark), we have partnered together with the aim of recruiting, German Speakers (m/f), for their B2B Service Desk team. 

Who you are?
  • Fluent in German (at least C1 level written and spoken) and at least a C1 level in English (mandatory);
  • Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst or similar (preference);
  • Willing to commit to a project;
  • Excellent communicator and have amazing written skills;
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Fast learner, preferably with previous experience in Customer Service roles in the Healthcare industry (not mandatory).
