Your tasks:
- Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, social messaging channels (as assigned)
- Technical support issues via phone, email, chat, social messaging channels (as assigned)
- Technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal
- You speak native French (C2)
- You speak English (B2)
- You like interacting with people
- Full time employment
- Work in home office or on site in the company office in Lisbon – Oriente [Shedules: Monday to Saturday 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m (40 hours weekly)]
- Permanent Contract with 3 months of trial period
- Online hiring proces
- Competetive salary and bonus system: 890 € gross x 14 months up to 100€ performance bonus/ month + signing bonus: 2000€ (additional 500€ paid after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months)
- Meal allowance 7.23 € NET per day
- Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company - owned apartment
- Health Insurance after 6 months
