responsabilidades chave
- Take up the responsibility of the technical solution the entire Projects and Maintenance activities inside
- the team technical area.
- Carefully analyse the project scope and challenge it from a technical point of view.
- Developing/documenting the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the
- design.
- Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
- Keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from the peers.
- To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
- Working on identifying the technical risks and planning mitigation action with the architects and team
- coordinator.
- Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on
- the other end. (handle and manage the technical debt of the team)
competências
- Technical Lead hard skills and technical set of competences:
- Sitecore (version > 8 9.1 today)
- .net C# + .net core 3.11 + MVC
- WCF
- CI/CD knowledge (CI must CD is a plus)
- WEB API + REST + GraphQL
- AZURE Technology
- Salesforce (Not mandatory)
- Unit testing strong knowledge (ie:Xunit)
- Dependency injection knowledge
- SOLID knowledge
- REACT or other Front-End Javascript framework
- Versioning (trunks, branches and merging) // Source repository control
- Certification and/or High Knowledge: Scrum master SafeLean Agile
- 3/ The technical lead tools:
- Scrum management tools such as TargetProcess
- Documentation such as Confluence
- Code coverage such as Sonarqube
- CI/CD such as Teamcity Jenkins
- Source repository control such as SVN and Git
- IDE such as Visual studio
- Code testing such as Xunit
