Responsibilities:
- Developing, designing and completing customer proposals in technical aspects;
- Analyzing customers’ technical setup to better judge aspects of product and solution integration;
- Completing technical analyses and supporting proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team;
- Execute the steps of the sales process including cost modeling and bid approvals;
- Support the proposal development process with customer bids, proposals, presentations, contract exhibits;
- Support the technical sales lead in contract negotiations, execution of sales strategy for key accounts and customer offers;
- Align with R&D, PLM, Supply Chain, EHS, Engineering and other Product Lines, regionally and globally, to develop solution offerings;
- Support initiatives and presentations for management;
- Support for Technical Offer preparation for complete Proposal, including preparation of deviation & clarification on Customer Tender Specification;
- Responsible for preparation of Electrical Single line Diagram, Control system overview diagram, P&IDs;
- Evaluation of technical risks and preparation of mitigation plan taking support from cross function team;
- Support Sales Team for Handing Over of Own Projects to PM, & participate in internal kick-off meeting to support Sales & PM team.
Candidate Profile:
- Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or Similar;
- At least 1 year of experience in the position;
- Portuguese native speaker;
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and German will be a plus;
- Motivation to learn;
- Ability to work under pressure, responsibility and autonomy;
- Ability to communicate with others, critical thinking and dynamism;
- Empathy and team player.
