Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international with roughly 180 locations and 12,000 direct suppliers globally. The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000.Position Summary: Local group Leader to coordinate the activities of a pool collaborators working for the POx organization.
? Staff management, including Management support for team members, regular one
to one meetings, support with objectives planning, annual reviews, development
planning, recruitment support etc.
? Assignment of work, support in the execution of activities and resolution of
problems/ conflicts.
? Help the team members to manage interactions with other Procurement or AGBS
entities
? Work as the focal point between POY and AGBS management
? Ensure information flow towards and within the team
? Motivate and ensure the individual development of the respective Employee
? Support administrative tasks and solve technical issues
competências
Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional teamTeam Leadership experience, preferably in a Procurement context
Problem Solving
Curiosity - the desire to be creative and innovative
Past experience in Supply Chain management and Quality or Procurement would
be a plus
Communication and Change management skills
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to priorities in case of
emergencies
A degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education
and experience.
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work
