• manage more suppliers and products, and have more freedom and responsibilities than you are used to;
• optimize existing processes and do your best to improve the buying experience of our customers through better service, wider product variety, more favorable prices and higher availability;
• achieve high performance regarding the material groups that you are responsible, which will determine your success;
• drive innovation, develop new lucrative sources of supply, build strong supplier relationships, being passionate about it;
• be a strong negotiator, as well as analytical, and a strong project manager, having an outstading business sense;
• be responsible for the creation of global material-group and sourcing strategies;
• analyze and develop new procurement markets and identify new strategic supplier sets;
• create KPI reports for controlling and management;
• dentify system and process weaknesses and develop suggestions for optimization.

competências

• business administration, business informatics, engineering or a related academic background, together with practical experience in the field of supply chain management or procurement (ideally 5+ years);
• entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to roll up your sleeves;
• quick grasp to new tasks and problems, besides being curious and motivated about new projects and challenges;
• analytically and conceptually strong and have a strong organizational talent;
• negotiating skills and having an intrinsic motivation to strive for the best price are important for this role;
• being an independent, reliable and having a structured way of working and thinking in a process-oriented way;
• being an excellent communicator, as you will have to easily manage a wide range of stakeholders;
• being a team player and have excellent English skills;
• MS Office skills, mainly Excel.
