WE LOVE OUR TALENT!Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist (m/f) fluent in English to integrate one of our Teams.
Role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you should be able to identify and locate passive candidates & generate interest in client positions or pipeline requirements. You will also be sourcing and researching across various industries and functions to create a diverse pool of applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and seek additional information as needed;
- Create sourcing plans for each role worked on;
- Identify Suitable CV databases;
- Map Competitors;
- Set search criteria for Passive Candidate Identification;
- Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (databases, job boards, CV Libraries, LinkedIn etc);
- Utilise online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential candidates;
- Create CV and Coversheets with all required information for submission to client;
- Follow agreed CV submission processes for clients;
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process;
- Update management information logs regularly;
- Ensure compliance with all internal & client processes at all times.
