Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior positions.Our client is a multinational company and he is looking for a Software Engineering Manager - PHP and Vue.JS for Lisbon.

Mentor and coach team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and best practices.
Improve the quality, security, and performance of our products.
Work with Product Managers, Agile Coaches, and Architects to innovate and implement the best solutions.
Perform code reviews, lead incident management and problem management/RCA activities working with the
source code, making and committing changes. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role.
competências
Fluent in English (written and spoken)Technical Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Engineering and Software Development Life Cycle
You have 3+ years of experience building high-performance Agile software development teams
Proficient in one or more of these languages: PHP (Laravel) or Javascript
You have strong conceptional knowledge of OO-patterns, Domain Driven Design, database design, modern
Architecture, Frameworks, and Design Patterns
You are passionate about people, have strong team spirit, communication, coach, and mentor skills
Experience in designing highly scalable applications, microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs
You are a leader and know how to balance your time between people and hands-on tech skills
Nice To have:
Experience working in with agile methodologies and SCRUM
Experience working in a Product software company
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Nginx, ElasticSearch, Kafka and Node
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices
Experience with system design and architecture
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and Redis
Experience with Single Page Applications Frameworks, Vue.js preferred
