To join their client's Social Media Analyst team, we are recruiting Italian speakers (m/f).
The role involves a review of uploaded content and flagged account activity for indicators of fraudulent activity to remove fraudulent content according to our Client Policy.
Profile:
- Fluent / Native in written and verbal in Italian (mandatory);
- Good written and verbal skills in English Level B2 (mandatory);
- bachelor's in communication, media, or similar (mandatory);
- Professional experience in editing, revising texts, and analysis of digital content in a multinational environment (preferential);
- Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet;
- Familiar with and heavy-user of social media products;
- Professional experience in the back office or administrative task-based roles;
- Excellent knowledge as a user of MS Office products and the Internet;
- Focus on the rigor, productivity, and quality of service provided;
- Ability to work under pressure.
Workplace:
Miraflores (Shuttle service)
Schedule Availability:Presently in HomeOffice: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
When on Office, it's required availability for 2 shifts Monday to Sunday: 7 am to 4 pm and 3 pm to 12 pm
