Senior IT Business Analyst - LISBOA

We are currently recruiting a Senior IT Business Analyst for a multinational pharmaceutical company with worldwide operations.

O que terás de fazer

- Partner with internal clients to understand the IT needs of multiple stakeholders, understanding the business and identifying priorities for the development and revision of software solutions;

- Conduct analysis on business processes, using tools and methodologies, in order to make recommendations and improve internal processes in the context of developing a software solution for an internal client;

- Map business processes of internal clients ensuring alignment with ERP application best practices;

- Document and/or review user requirements, communicating, translating and simplifying business requirements to ensure understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders;

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, preparing functional design and specifications;

- Discover, organize and clarify business needs in order to review or produce specifications for change;

- Partner with application developers to ensure each project meets the business needs and resolves problems successfully;

- Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware and IT business processes;

- Communicate technology requirements to developers and end-users, acting as a liaison between  Business groups and application developers and system analysts;

- Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment;

- Keep strong and effective working relationships with internal business partners, external customers and suppliers guaranteeing that all parties are informed.

O que precisas de garantir

- University, or equivalent, qualification in Information Technology or similar scientific field (mandatory)

- Typically requires 5-8 years of relevant experience in system and functional analysis and/or relevant work experience in software development;

- Advanced knowledge of the ERP application (SAP);

- knowledge in building a URS (User Requirements Specifications);

- Knowledge in designing test cases;

- Knowledge in test automation management tools;

- Knowledge in Risk and Compliance Management process and related tools;

- Fluency in English is a requirement.
