Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave

  • The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs. Your responsibilities include:
  • Creating, running and delivering standard reports and dashboards;
  • Analyzing and ensuring high data quality through regular quality checks;
  • Developing and creating data layouts, like tables, charts and graphs;
  • Supporting the HRBPs Community in their Reporting activities;
  • Promoting HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users;
  • Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations;
  • Demonstrating good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data;
  • Daily interacting with Airbus’ central stakeholders.

competências

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics Engineering or similar (preferred);
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in reporting operations;
  • Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data;
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPIs;
  • Advanced Excel, including Macros development (VBA is a plus);
  • Expertise in SAP HR Reporting will be valued;
  • Workday certifications: Core HCM, reporting (preferred);
  • Data visualization tools will be valued (e.g. Spotfire, Qliksense, Workday Prism);
  • Partner oriented: definition of your partners needs for data and analysis based on the HR system;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and lean methods;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
