Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave

  • COMPETENCE & LEARNING (Finance Academy) :
  • Finance competence strategy : design/propose competence strategy and deployment;
  • Finance competence management: (mapping/assessment/catalogue);
  • Identify and map competency requirement of the Finance function;
  • Deliver competence assessment campaign together with Senior HRBP;
  • Deliver competence catalogue for the Finance function under validation of FFYD and HR;
  • Focal point for Finance community and HU stakeholders for learning related topics;
  • Drive Finance Competence alignment across the Divisions;
  • Finance development programmes: propose new design and support the implementation;
  • Contribute to Airbus One Academy initiative:
  • Enforce and sustain Academy network (Digital, P&PM…), develop synergies from other academies for Finance;
  • Learning development and deployment monitoring;
  • Design user friendly Finance awareness for non Finance as deliverable to Airbus functions;
  • COMMUNICATION FOR FINANCE:
  • Finance News deliver key messages and monthly monitoring;
  • Finance Hub page deliver key messages, influence and monitoring;
  • Open exchanges with the Finance board members (facilitator role).

  • Master degree in HR / Business;
  • Minimum level of 3 years professional experience;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Capacity to manage stakeholder and open doors;
  • Conceptualize;
  • Self motivation and autonomy;
  • Speak up;
  • Positive mindset and living it;
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others;
  • Digital and innovation skills and mindset (incl. social networks);
