Descrição: 
We are currently recruiting a Senior Automation Equipment Engineer for a multinational pharmaceutical company with worldwide operations.
O que terás de fazer
Lead Global Automation projects and support the implementation of new or changed installations and equipment;
Develop and maintain standards procedures and specifications;
Incorporate new solutions for digital innovation;
Introduce or propose new objectives to have a continuous improvement;
Collaborate and support sites automation;
Lead and motivate project teams;
Propose and take part in annual goals, resources, and budget decisions for Global Automation team;
Report Global Automation equipment results;
Define requirements, plan, and manage new Global Automation equipment projects or changes to the existing ones;
Develop and review / approve specification, testing document templates, as well as internal and standard operating procedures.
O que precisas de garantir
Engineering Degree (preferably Chemical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering with chemical manufacturing automation experience);
Minimum experience of 5 years in a role related to automation projects in industrial operations;
Equipment automation design, commissioning, and qualification;
Good computer skills (office software tools, preferably with computer programming knowledge: Sequential Flow Charts and Function Block diagrams);
Fluent in English written and spoken;
Project management, coordination, communication, and leadership skills;
Team spirit, initiative, dynamism, and creativity;
Root cause analysis / problem-solving skills.
