- Bachelors Degree in IT related areas;
- Experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or any similar roles, associated with Salesforce projects;
- BI or Database knowledge;
- Know Salesforces main modules: Sales, Service, Community and ideally Field Service Lightning;
- Fluent in English;
- Fluent in Spanish (considered a plus);
- Certification in the following areas: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud (considered a plus);
- Available to travel.
responsabilidades
- Support in the implementation of the company's Salesforce platform;
- Manage the Salesforce platform, adapting it to the business needs in Portugal and Spain;
- Supporting Iberia teams on a daily basis.
