Our client is a renowned Tech multinational company, looking for a Sales Compensation Reporting Analyst.This role will support the sales team in various aspects of sales compensation. As a trusted advisor to the sales team, you will provide data driven insights into sales comp plan changes, support the Field on commission questions, and drive analytics on sales performance and commissions trends. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
responsabilidades chave
Support the Sales organization to resolve Incentive Compensation business questions.Create analytics on sales performance and commission trends.
Monthly processing of sales commissions
Track metrics to assess the effectiveness of the sales incentive compensation program.
Participate in the fiscal year GTM planning cycle and provide analysis and recommendations.
Development Incentive Commission training materials and sales enablement tools
competências
BA/BS Degree with 3 years experience in a Technology company working in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Management Consulting.Strong reporting and analytical skills to synthesize complex data into simple consumable deliverables with clear takeaways
Ability to independently address analytical requests: understand ask, gathering of data, build a model and validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present results
Expert Excel skills and Google Sheets; model building, use of advanced formulas, and VBA a plus
Strong with Google Slides and Powerpoint
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Xactly preferred.
